Cancellation Policy
Unexpected emergencies, unavoidable work obligations, or family commitments can sometimes interfere with your scheduled appointment. However, if you don't let us know that you have to miss out on your service, it may prevent another client on the waitlist from scheduling.
To ensure fairness, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment; otherwise, a fee that equates to 25% of scheduled service price will be applied. This fee also applies to no-shows.
Repeated last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in needing payment in full before service or being banned from services entirely.
